- For the stuffed bread
- 1 oval white bread
- 1 bunch Radish
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 200 grams Cream quark (40% fat)
- 2 Cress
- 300 grams Smoked salmon (in slices)
- salt
- peppers
- lemon juice

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse radishes, cut into slices.
Mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Slice the loaf of bread into slices, being careful to not slice all the way through the base of the bread.
2.
Cut the cress. In between each slice of bread, spread the cream cheese mixture, radishes, salmon and top with watercress. Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil to transport.
