250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
Juice of half of a lemons
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 pinch sugar
mint
250 grams mixed Lettuce
1 bunch Radish
125 grams chickpeas

Preparation steps

1.

Mix together the yogurt, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Rinse mint, set aside some leaves and finely chop the rest. Stir chopped mint into the yogurt mixture.

Rinse the lettuce, pick apart into bite-sized pieces and spin dry. Rinse the radish, pluck off leaves (setting some aside for garnish) and cut the radish into small, thin slices. Rinse the chickpeas with cold water through a colander.

3.

Mix all prepared salad ingredients and serve garnished with the mint and radish leaves. Serve the yogurt dressing on the side.
