150 grams Pearl onion (from a jar)
150 grams Pickled cucumber (from a jar)
400 grams Raclette Cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub potatoes and cook for 25-30 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and peel. Drain well pearl onions and cornichons. 

2.

Cut cheese into slices and plave into metal rings. Melt under a hot broiler, warching carefully. Arrange cheese on plates with potatoes, cornichons and pearl onions. Serve.
