- 125 milliliters Cabbage
- 1 packet red Glaze
- 175 milliliters Red wine
- 40 grams sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 200 grams Sour cherry (from a jar)
- 12 Ladyfinger
- 100 grams Crème fraiche
- 1 tsp grated Lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Chocolate

Preparation steps
1.
Mix half of the cherry juice with the glaze powder. Bring the remaining cherry juice, red wine, sugar and vanilla sugar to a boil. Stir in the glaze and bring back up to a boil. Stir in the cherries.

Place 3 ladyfingers on each dessert plate. Pour the cherries on top.

Mix the creme fraiche, lemon zest and lemon juice. Place a dollop of the creme fraiche mixture on each plate. Serve sprinkled with grated chocolate.
