1 generous pinch Mango powder
l low fat milk

Preparation steps

Combine the pumpkin with the curry powder and mango powder and season with salt. Purée everything together.

Froth 1/8 liter of milk (approximately 1/2 cup) using an espresso machine or a whisk. Mix 2/3 of the milk froth with the pumpkin mixture and pour it into a glass. Spoon the remaining milk foam on top.
