- 1 garlic clove
- 1 green chili pepper
- 1 lemon
- 2 ripe Avocados
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Lemon peel (for garnish)
- Vegetable fat (for frying)
- 400 grams Pumpkin

Preparation steps

Peel and finely dice the shallot. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Rinse the chili and halve lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely dice. Halve the avocados, remove the seeds, and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Mash the pulp and the lemon juice finely with a fork. Mix in the prepared ingredients, and mix until thoroughly combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place in a small bowl to serve with the pumpkin chips.

Heat the oil in a large saucepan or a deep fryer. Thinly slice the pumpkin, and fry in the oil until golden brown. Sprinkle with salt, and drain on paper towels. Serve with the avocado sauce.
