2 plates Puff pastry dough (frozen)
Pastry flour (for rolling the dough)
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp milk
50 grams Sour cream
50 grams Salmon caviar
Dill

Preparation steps

1.

Thaw the puff pastry. Roll out sheets with flour to double their original size. Cut out fish shapes with a cookie cutter.

Preheat oven to 225°C (approximately 425°F).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the fish pastries on the sheet. Prick with a fork several times.

4.

Whisk together egg yolk with milk. Brush the fish lightly and bake until golden brown, about 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.

5.

To serve, arrange the pastries on a serving platter and top with creme fraiche. Garnish with caviar and dill.
