300 grams Puff pastry dough
100 grams Prosciutto (in slices)
100 grams Mozzarella
1 handful Sage
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsps Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Roll out the puff pastry to 3-4 mm thin and cut into 2.5 cm
(approximately 1 inch) wide strips.

Cut the prosciutto and mozzarella into strips. Spread the ham and mozzarella strips over the puff pastry strips and sprinkle with the sage leaves. Roll up the strips spirally and place the rolls baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the egg yolk with the cream and brush the rolls with it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (fan: 200°C, gas mark 4) (approximately 420°F) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove the rolls from the oven and leave to cool.

Serve the rolls with dips.
