Preparation steps

1.

Bring milk, oil, and 2 pinches of salt to a boil. Stir in the flour and continue to stir until a shiny ball of dough forms as well as a light skin on the bottom of the pot. Remove from heat and let cook slightly. Add the eggs in one by one.

2.

Transfer batter into a piping bag with a star tip and pipe 8 rosettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Be sure to leave enough room between each rosette.

3.

Bake in a preheated oven 220°C (approximately 425°F) for about 25-30 min. Remove from oven and cut in half horizontally. Let cool.

4.

Rinse and cut strawberries into small pieces. Mix berries with the cottage cheese and powdered sugar. To serve: Pipe the strawberry-cheese mixture into the cream puffs.
