3 day-old Pretzel

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Saute the onions in a pan in butter until brown and slightly soft.

Rinse the chives, shake dry and chop diagonally.

3.

Season the pretzels with salt, and cut crosswise into thin slices. Boil the beef broth and season with nutmeg. Spread the pretzel slices with onion rings on a warm plate and sprinkle with chives. Pour the hot, well seasoned broth over and serve immediately.
