- 12 heads garlic cloves (separated into cloves)
- boiling water
- 2 ½ cups white wine vinegar
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp Sea salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar

1 Casserole dish, 1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Piping bag
Preparation steps

Put the garlic cloves into a pan of rapidly boiling water for 30 seconds. Immediately immerse in cold water, drain and peel the cloves. Set aside.

Put the vinegar, wine, salt and sugar in a large pan. Heat gently, stirring. until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil; and boil gently for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, add the garlic cloves and stir well.

Remove the garlic with a slotted spoon and pack into hot sterilised jars. Pour in the hot vinegar, making sure the garlic is completely covered. Seal tightly. Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks before using.
