- 11 ozs Penne
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 11 ozs shrimp
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 3 ½ ozs peas
- ⅞ cup cream (48% fat)
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp Corn starch
- To garnish
- 2 sprigs Dill
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the penne according to the directions on the packet.
2.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook the shrimps for a few minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3.
Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the peas and cream and bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4.
Mix the cornflour with a little water and stir into the pan until thickened. Add the shrimps to the pan.
5.
Drain the pasta and mix with the contents of the pan and season with salt and peper.
6.
Divide between 4 serving bowls and garnish with dill.
