1 tsp green Curry paste
1 ½ Tbsps Fish sauce
2 Tbsps sesame oil
2 Tbsps Lime juice
1 bunch Watercress (leaves)
1 bunch cilantro (leaves)
2 cups cooked shrimp

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the pack.
2.
Mix the curry paste with about 3 tbsp of the hot noodle water until smooth. Stir in the fish sauce, sesame oil and lime juice.
3.
Drain the rice noodles and cut into bite-sized pieces with scissors.
4.
Put the rice noodles, shrimps, watercress and coriander leaves into a bowl. Add the curry paste mixture and mix well. Divide between serving bowls.
