- 11 ozs thin Egg noodle (cooked as per package instructions)
- 2 cups raw Prawn (peeled and de-veined)
- ¼ cup Nut oil
- 1 Tbsp Chervil (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 Tbsp Chili paste
- 1 Tbsp hot sauce
- 1 red pepper (seeded and finely sliced)
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
- Limes (juiced from one lime)
Preparation steps

Heat the groundnut oil in a large wok over a medium-high heat until hot. Add the onion, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the peppers and chilli paste, mixing well and reduce the heat a little. Add the prawns and stir-fry for a further 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and tender.

Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss well to combine and heat through. Season to taste with the soy sauce, lime juice and hot sauce.

Remove from the heat and stir in the chopped chervil. Spoon into serving bowls.
5.
Serve immediately.
