- 800 grams new potatoes
- 100 grams black and green Olives
- 200 grams Tomatoes (canned, in oil)
- 1 bunch Basil
- 150 grams Feta
- 2 yellow Bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsps Wine vinegar
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the potatoes, cut in half, boil for about 25 minutes and then cool.
2.
Chop the tomatoes coarsely and set aside 6 tablespoons of the oil.
3.
Pluck the basil leaves.
4.
Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and roughly chop.
5.
Peel the garlic and chop finely.
6.
Mix the vinegar, tomato oil, potatoes, olives, tomatoes, basil, peppers and garlic. Crumble the feta over the top. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
