1 kilogram potatoes
1 red onion
1 scallion
250 grams Grape tomato
150 milliliters Vegetable broth
4 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp sharp Mustard
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 tsp sweet ground paprika

4 Tbsps Canola oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and cook, covered, in boiling water for 25-30 minutes.

Peel the onion and cut into thin columns. Rinse and cut the scallion into thin rings. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Mix the broth, vinegar, mustards, paprika, oil and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Let the potatoes cool and slice while lukewarm. Mix the potatoes, scallion, onion, tomatoes and dressing. Season to taste and serve.
