2 stalks Leeks
1 Russet apple
lemons (juice)
50 grams butter
500 grams Whipped cream

Nutmeg
2 Tbsps freshly chopped thyme

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Rinse the leeks and cut into rings. Rinse the apple, quarter, remove the seeds and cut into thin columns. Immediately sprinkle the apple with lemon juice.

Alternately layer the potato slices, leek rings and apple columns in a well-buttered baking dish. Season the cream with salt, pepper, nutmeg and thyme. Pour the cream over the dish.

3.

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C (approximately 350°F). Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
