125 grams Snow peas
150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)

1 Tbsp cornstarch
butter (for the baking dish)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes, rinse and slice. Rinse snow peas and remove strings. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes., then add the snow peas and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Rinse vegetables in cold water and drain.

Mix yogurt with cornstarch and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Coat a baking dish (about 22 cm/approximately 8 1/2 inch) with butter and layer in the vegetables, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper. Pour the spiced yogurt over the vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake on the center rack in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) until the cheese begins to brown, about 15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
