- 800 grams waxy potatoes
- 1 onion
- 6 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 250 milliliters Vegetable broth
- ½ bunch Radish
- 4 Tbsps White vinegar
- salt
- peppers
- 4 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps
1.
Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices.
2.
Peel onion and chop finely.
3.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and saute onion and potatoes for a few minutes. Add broth and bring to a boil. Reduce temperature and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes.
4.
Rinse and trim radishes, slice thinly.
5.
Place potatoes together with broth into a bowl, add vinegar and remaining oil, season with salt and pepper. Add radishes and mix gently. Let stand for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve.
