Pork on Toast
Rinse meat, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Cook on oiled grill for 4-6 minutes, depending on meat thickness and desired final temperature.
Rinse parsley and chervil, shake dry, pluck off leaves and finely chop. Mix herbs with lemon zest, crushed clove of garlic and butter. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Toast bread on grill on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until crispy.
Cut meat into slices and arrange on toasted bread. Top with herb butter and serve.
