- 400 grams Pork tenderloin
- 100 grams button Mushroom
- 2 scallions
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 slices Toast
- 125 grams Mozzarella
Preparation steps

Rinse the pork, pat dry and cut into 2 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick slices. Clean the mushrooms and slice. Rinse the scallions and cut into rings.

Salt and pepper the meat and fry in hot butter for about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Remove the meat from the pan, then sauté the mushrooms and scallions in the drippings for about 4 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Add the parsley and crushed garlic and cook for a few more minutes.

Cut the mozzarella into slices.

Toast the white bread, then arrange the mushrooms and meat on each slice. Top with sliced cheese and toast under the broiler of a hot oven for about 2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and browned. Serve immediately.
