2 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 tsps ground paprika (sweet)

300 milliliters Beef broth
1 sprig Savory
2 Tbsps Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse pork, pat dry and chop. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Rinse beans, trim and cut into pieces. Rinse tomatoes and cut into eighths.

Sear pork in a saucepan in hot oil. Add onions. Season with paprika, salt and pepper and add the broth. Cook covered for about 30 minutes.

3.

Add beans, savory and tomatoes. Cook another 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and stir in creme fraiche.
