Pork and Lemon Skewers
1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Sieve, 1 mittelgroßer Pot, 1 Bowl (vorzugsweise Metallschüssel; etwas kleiner als der Topf), 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Tablespoon, 16 lange Wooden skewers, 1 Parchment paper
Dry the meat and cut into 32 pieces. Wash the lemons in hot water, rub dry and cut into 32 pieces. Wash and dry the lime or bay leaves.
Season the meat with pepper and wrap each piece in a slice of bacon. Thread the pork, lemon pieces and lime leaves on skewers, brush with oil and grill on the barbecue for about 4 minutes. Season to taste with salt.
