8 Tbsps milk

1 Tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Fry the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Crack two eggs into a bowl and mix with 2 tbsp milk. Brush a not pan with some butter and add the egg mixture. Cook on a low heat until the mixture begins to solidify. Once the surface is moist and shiny, add the bacon and sprinkle with parsley and chives. Season with pepper, fold in half and serve.
3.
Repeat step two until you have four pancakes.
