Preparation steps

Fry the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Crack two eggs into a bowl and mix with 2 tbsp milk. Brush a not pan with some butter and add the egg mixture. Cook on a low heat until the mixture begins to solidify.
