1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Sieve, 1 großer Pot, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wok, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Teaspoon
Preparation steps
1.
Sandwich the pork steaks between 2 sheets of cling film and lightly hit with a rolling pin until about 3mm thick. Brush the pork with half the oil and press the peppercorns over both sides.

Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan. Add the pork and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
3.
Add the onions to the pan and cook for a few minutes until softened but not browned. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
4.
Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until softened. Pour in the wine and cook until reduced by half.
5.
Remove from the heat and stir in the cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Reheat gently but do not boil.
6.
Add the pork and onions and serve immediately garnished with thyme.
