200 grams sugar
¼ tsp Orange zest
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
200 grams white Chocolate

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F).

Mix flour with poppy seeds. Cream butter with sugar until fluffy. Add orange zest, salt and egg and stir until creamy. Add flour mixture. Chop chocolate into chunks and fold into batter. Remove batter in tablespoon portions and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving enough space in between for swelling. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden. Cool cookies on a wire rack. Serve.
