- 1 Tbsp honey (i.e forest honey)
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 2 sprigs thyme
- dried chili peppers
- Oranges (jucie)
- 4 Figs
- lemon juice
- 120 grams young Goat cheese (Small roll, diameter about 3 cm)

Preparation steps
1.
Place the honey in a small nonstick pan. Cut the vanilla bean in half and scrape out the insides. Mix together the vanilla beans, vanilla bean paste, thyme, chilies pepper, and orange juice. Stir into the honey and warm.

Rinse the figs and cut in half. Add to the honey mixture and cook briefly. Season with lemon juice. Let infuse for 45-60 minutes.
3.
Cut the goat cheese into slices. Remove the vanilla bean and chilies. Heat again briefly and serve on the goat cheese.
