4 Plaice fillet (ready to cook, skinless)
lemon juice

60 grams butter (plus more for greasing)
½ bunch parsley
3 onions
Pastry flour (for dusting)
3 Tbsps clarified butter

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse plaice double fillets, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Grease 4 large pieces of aluminum foil. Place fillets on foil, sprinkle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and top with parsley leaves and butter flakes. Fold foil into packets and bake for about 25 minutes.

Peel onion and cut into strips. Roll onion strips in flour, fry in butter until golden brown and drain on paper towels.

4.

Remove plaice fillet packets from oven and open. Spread fried onions on plaice fillets and serve immediately.
