450 grams Puff pastry dough (frozen)
250 grams pizza dough mix (frozen)
1 egg
4 Tbsps tomato puree
1 tsp oregano (dried)
80 grams Salami (thinly sliced)
salt

100 grams Parmesan (freshly grated)
250 grams Tomatoes

Preparation steps

Thaw pastry.

Thaw pizza dough, then roll out on a floured work surface into a rectangle about 30 x 40 cm (approximately 12 x 16 inch) in size, whisk egg in a bowl, brush pizza dough with half of egg and sprinkle with oregano.

Blanch tomatoes, peel, quarter, remove seeds and chop.

Lay out pastry on the floured work surface and also roll into a 30 x 40 cm (approximately 12 x 16 inch) rectangle and put on top of pizza dough. Cover with tomato puree and slices of salami and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan and tomato pieces.

Roll dough from the long side into a log and brush with remaining egg.

Cut pizza roll into 20 slices and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake in a preheated 220°C (approximately 425°F) oven for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately with a small mixed salad.
