4 dried Tomatoes (in oil)
50 grams grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

Finely chop pepperoni, anchovies, and tomatoes. Mix with tomato puree.

Roll dough out and spread with the tomato mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan. Roll dough up and chill for about 15 minutes. Cut into slices that are 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 10-15 minutes.

To serve, let cool and serve with warm tomato sauce.
