1 stale White roll
600 grams mixed Ground meat
1 onion
20 grams butter
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
1 egg
1 tsp hot Mustard
1 red paprika
1 yellow paprika
1 green paprika
2 Tomatoes
1 red onion
100 grams grated Emmentaler cheese
Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F) top and bottom heat.

Soak the bread in water. Squeeze the bread and tear into small pieces. Peel the onion, finely chop and sauté in butter. Knead the ground meat in a bowl with onion, well squeezed bread, egg, tomato paste, mustard and spices and shape into a loaf. Place on a greased baking sheet and press to shape like pizza crust.

Rinse the peppers and the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Peel, halve and cut the onion into strips.

Arrange the vegetables on top of the ground meat and sprinkle with cheese.

5.

Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
