300 grams Natural yogurt
400 milliliters Pineapple juice
400 grams Kefir

Preparation steps

Boil the sugar with 2 tablespoons of water and allow to cool. Refrigerate until chilled. Rinse lime, wipe dry, cut the peel very finely in spiral strips and squeeze out the juice.

Peel mango, cut flesh from pit and cut into pieces. Puree pieces of mango with sugar syrup, lime juice and yogurt. Pour the mixture immediately into a flat tray and freeze in freezer for about 4 hours, occasionally stirring. Mix pineapple juice with kefir and pour into tall glasses. To serve, top glasses with scoops of mango ice cream. Garnish with the spirals of lime zest.
