- 1 can Mangoes (400 ml or 1.6 cups)
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
- 100 grams sugar
- 200 grams Natural yogurt
- 75 milliliters whipped Whipped cream
- 30 grams roasted Pine nuts
Preparation steps
1.
Stir sugar, yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice and cream until sugar has dissolved. Process half the mixture in an ice cream machine and operate according to manufacturer's instructions. Freeze ice cream until ready to serve.

Drain mango and puree with remaining ice cream mixture. Process in an ice cream machine and operate according to manufacturer's instructions. Freeze ice cream until ready to serve.
