Peel mango, cut into slices and juice. Puree pulp with 2 tablespoons of water, mango juice and lemon juice. Then pass through a sieve and stir in sugar, beaten egg, cinnamon and coriander. Pour into an ice cream machine or into a shallow metal tray and freeze for about 3 hours, stirring vigorously every half hour to prevent large ice crystals.

2.

Peel oranges with a sharp knife, taking care to remove white skin. Separate into segments and mix with liqueur and honey. Marinate about 20 minutes.

3.

Arrange orange segments on plates. Scoop ice cream and place with orange segments. Garnish with mint and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
