Pineapple, Banana and Camembert Toast
Toast the whole-wheat bread slices and spread with butter.
Preheat the oven's broiler to low. Cut pineapple into thin slices. Peel the banana and cut into slices. Top the buttered toast with pineapple and banana slices. Cut the Camembert into slices place on top of the fruit. Place the toasts under the preheated broiler until the cheese begins to melt. Garnish with chopped chives and serve with mango chutney on the side.
