Preparation steps

1.

Peel bananas, cut into slices, mix with yogurt, and puree with some pineapple juice and lemon juice until smooth. Then stir in the quark and cream.

2.

Put some pineapple chunks and shredded coconut aside for garnish and mix the rest into the cream. Sweeten to taste with honey and serve garnished with remaining pineapple and coconut.
