Pineapple and Coconut Drink
- 1 centiliter lemon juice
- 200 milliliters Pineapple juice
- 1 centiliter Mint liqueur
- 6 centiliters white Rum
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 100 milliliters Coconut cream
- Crushed ice
- to garnish
- 4 mint
Place all the ingredients for the cocktail in a shaker. Shake strongly for 1-2 minutes until thoroughly combined.
Pour the cocktail into two highball glasses, garnish with the mint leaves and milk foam, and serve immediately.
