500 grams coarse salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lemons thoroughly. In each lemon, make 4 cuts. Fill each cut with coarse salt.

Pour boiling water into an earthenware or glass jar. Remove and add lemons.

Cover with oil and let soak 3 weeks.
