- 2 kilograms organic lemons
- 500 grams coarse salt
- vegetable oil (to cover)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse lemons thoroughly. In each lemon, make 4 cuts. Fill each cut with coarse salt.
2.
Pour boiling water into an earthenware or glass jar. Remove and add lemons.
3.
Cover with oil and let soak 3 weeks.
