4 Tbsps vegetable oil
500 grams Ground meat (mixed)
salt
freshly ground peppers
ground paprika
1 Tbsp medium hot Mustard
100 grams short grain rice
1 bunch parsley

Preparation steps

1.

For the peppers: rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs.

For the filling: rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into very small cubes.

Peel onion and chop finely. Rinse and halve tomatoes, remove seeds and dice. Cook rice in salted water and drain well. Combine diced peppers, rice, ground meat, onion, tomatoes and mozzarella, season with salt, pepper and paprika, mix well.

Stuff pepper halves with the mixture. Arrange in an oiled baking pan and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
