1 pkg refrigerated pizza dough mix
4 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil (divided)
½ cup Parmesan (grated)
½ cup Mozzarella (grated)
1 Tbsp garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp crushed Red pepper flakes
¼ cup Pepperoncini (chopped)
1 cup Feta (crumbled)
¼ cup cherry Tomatoes (sliced crosswise)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Divide pizza dough in half and shape into a rectangular pizza on a greased pizza pan.
2.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese on to the base of each pizza dough.
3.
Heat an additional tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat in a large saute pan and saute minced garlic and red pepper flakes for about a minute.

Top pizza crusts with mozzarella cheese and garlic, red pepper flake mixture, pepperoncini pieces, feta and sliced tomatoes
5.
Place pizza pan in oven and bake for 15-17 minutes until cheese starts to get bubbly and golden brown.
