hard-boiled Egg
2 teaspoons
chopped Parsley
6 tablespoons
Toothpick (as desired)

Preparation steps

1.

Drain peppers. Drain tuna and flake with a fork. Finely chop egg and mix with tuna, mayonnaise and spices. Mash until creamy.

2.

Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Fill a pastry bag with the tuna mixture and parsley and pipe into the peppers. Roll up and secure with a toothpick if needed.
