- 2 Tbsps Oil
- 7 ozs ground Meat
- 1 red Bell pepper (diced)
- 2 sticks Celery (diced)
- ½ bunch scallions (chopped)
- 2 Tbsps parsley
- salt
- peppers
- 6 sheets Puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsps milk

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 425°F. Grease a baking tray.
2.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the meat and vegetables for 4 minutes, stirring. Mix in the parsley, season to taste with salt and pepper and set aside to cool.
3.
Lay the pastry sheets out in 2’s (one on top of the other) on a lightly floured surface and roll out to rectangles of about 8" x 12".

Spread with the filling, leaving a margin of about 1/2" around the edges. Fold the pastry in on the narrow sides and roll up from the long side.
5.
Place on the baking tray. Whisk the egg yolk with the milk and brush over the rolls.
6.
Bake for about 25 minutes, until golden brown. Cool slightly and cut into 2" pieces.
