5 sprigs flat leaf parsley

2 Tbsps White vinegar
2 pinches sugar
6 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the core from the tomatoes. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Remove the seeds and finely dice. Rinse and finely dice the cucumber. Rinse, trim, and finely dice the peppers.

Rinse and dry the parsley. Remove the leaves and chiffonade. Mix the tomato, cucumber, peppers, and parsley. Chill until ready to serve.

3.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper before serving. Mix in the vinegar, sugar, and olive oil. Divide the salad into 4 glasses, garnish with the parsley, and serve.
