2 garlic cloves
oregano (1/2 tsp., dried, depending)
Basil (1/2 tsp., dried, depending)
thyme (1/2 tsp., dried, depending)
marjoram (1/2 tsp., dried, depending)
3 Tbsps olive oil
100 milliliters milk
2 cans peeled Tomatoes (450 grams)
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
50 milliliters Beef broth (instant)
400 grams Penne
2 Tbsps Basil

Preparation steps

1.

Mix minced meat in a bowl with spices and salt and pepper.

Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat olive oil in a pot, fry onion and garlic and crumble in meat then deglaze with milk. Add tomatoes and juice and stir in tomato paste. Add broth and simmer at low temperature for 1 1/2 hours. Add extra liquid if required and add seasoning to taste if necessary.

3.

Cook penne in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, then drain. Mix penne with meat sauce and basil.
