Peas with Breadcrumbs and Dill
Thaw peas and blanch in salted boiling water, 2-3 minutes. Drain, rinse and let drain. Rinse dill, shake dry, pluck fronds from stems and chop coarsely.
In a pan, melt butter. Sprinkle breadcrumbs in pan and cook until lightly browned. Stir in peas and season with salt and pepper. Divide peas among bowls. Let cool slightly. To serve, sprinkle with dill.
