Preparation steps

1.

Cut two of the pears into quarters, remove the seeds and peel. Puree with the sugar, half of the lemon juice and the pear brandy. Refrigerate.

2.

Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the core, then cut it into columns. Peel the kiwis and cut into slices. Cut the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds. Cut the remaining pear into quarters, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.

3.

Decorate the edges of four plates with powdered sugar. Pour in the pear puree and arrange the fruit decoratively on top. Serve with lemon wedges.
