- 400 milliliters Pear juice
- 3 cloves
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 300 milliliters black Tea (freshly brewed)
- honey (at will)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 8 centiliters Williams Christ pear brandy
- 4 Pear
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the pear juice, cinnamon and cloves in a saucepan. Add the tea. Season with honey and lemon juice.
2.
Stir in the pear brandy. Pour the punch through a fine strainer into glasses. Serve garnished with a pear slice.
