1 Tbsp Pear syrup
well chilled mineral water to fill (bubbly)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and peel the pears. Cut into quarters, remove the core, and finely dice. Rinse, trim, and coarsely chop the endive. Puree the endive, pear, lemon juice, grape juice, and pear syrup in a blender. 

2.

Pour the smoothie into glasses, and fill with the carbonated mineral water. Garnish with the watercress, and serve.
