- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 600 milliliters Chicken broth
- freshly ground peppers
- salt
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- fresh Fresh herbs (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Peel the shallot and garlic and finely chop. Sauté the shallot and garlic in melted butter. Add peas and ginger. Deglaze with chicken stock and bring to a boil.

Simmer about 8 minutes, add cream and puree the soup. Pour soup through a sieve. Season with salt and pepper to taste. To serve, ladle the soup into bowls. Garnish with fresh herbs.
