1 Tbsp melted butter
300 grams Peas (frozen)

Preparation steps

Peel onion and chop finely. Heat butter in a pan and saute onion until soft. Add peas and simmer for 1-2 minutes, let cool. In a large bowl, beat eggs with hand mixer until foamy. Stir in cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Add peas and herbs to eggs and mix everything carefully. Place in a buttered loaf pan and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 40-50 minutes (inserted toothpick should come out clean). If cake browns too quickly, cover with aluminum foil. Serve hot or lukewarm.
